Long wait so better to order by phone. Ordered red emporer fish grilled and 2 battered. Grilled fish fillets were smaller and thinner than expected. Not planning on going back..

Always get a good feed here. Family packs are good value. The Asian food on offer is also top notch. Efficient and friendly, and always busy.

Cannot recommend for people with disabilities Went to buy lunch & had my registered authorised service dog. The lady advised pets are not allowed. I advised under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 it is against the law to refuse entry or service. She persistently refused saying it is against council regulations for a pet to be in the store A service dog is not a pet. They are a medical aid & you are breaking the law

This place is absolutely disgraceful the food is very oily and tasted dreadful the potato scallops were very oily and had way too much batter on them they also tasted like they had been boiled before being fried,The battered sabs had way too much batter on them As well they also had a very fail taste to them! After eating this stuff myself and my family have been violently sick such as diarrhoea and constant vomiting!! And also the customer service was very poor the young Sheila was certainly calling me boy and was very rude! I will not be returning to this store because of the quality of food and poor service!
